Tammy shows the boys how its done!

Tammy Schneider showed who wears the pants when she won the Friday night Boundary Hotel Poker Grand Final this week, despite husband Shane going in as the favourite starting from the biggest stack in excess of 17,000 in chips.

Tammy played solid poker throughout and after winning some large pots, was a big stack for most of the final table. The heads-up was a short but exciting battle between Schneider (Tammy) and Marianne Plotrowski.

Plotrowski clawed her way into real contention for the win before hitting two pair with 7♣2♦, which was cracked by Schneider's J♥10♦ with a straight on the river.

Schneider won $350 cash, a bottle of scotch and a case of beer, and now qualifies for the Sydney QueenSix Poker Championship Event with 16 players and a cash prize pool in excess of $1100.
