That's right ladies and gentlemen, QueenSix Poker and the Concourse Bar are giving you the opportunity to play for your share of a whooping two thousand dollars on Tuesday April the 20th.
You can enter into the event two ways:
1. Simply by buying into the event on the night for $22
OR
2. Qualify for free buy placing 1st, 2nd, 3rd in any Queen Six poker game up to the event.
Also the first ten people to register on the Concourse Bar web site will also earn themselves free entry, so check to see if there are spots still available!
The structure of the night will be similar to the recent QueenSix final that was held at the Lord Raglan Hotel. Players are given two $22 options which can be used as re-buys, add-ons, or one of each.
All players who are on time receive an extra thousand to their starting stack!
With table service all night and free pizza's during the break this guaranteed to be a hit for all competing players!
Concourse Bar is located conveniently located in Wynyard station, right next to the escalators that go up to York St. Starting time is at 6.30pm, both Sam and James will be there help you all out and also enjoy the free Pizza!

| Peter Nghiem's dream run |
Although our news articles are usually announcements regarding up-comming games and award winners, Peter Nghiem has given us cause for a special mention.
Nghiem has been a regular at the Concourse Bar game on Tuesday nights at Wynyard station, and has gone back-to-back winning the last two Concourse Bar trophies.
Although dual trophy winners are not unheard of at QueenSix, what is amazing is that Peter finished in the prizes/money an unprecedented 17 times in a row!!
Nghiem's amazing run saw him finish in the top 4 in every game at Concourse Bar from the beginning of October 2009 to The end of February 2010.
Unfortunately with the pressure mounting every week it had to end eventually, and on the 2nd of March Nghiem finally went home from Concourse Bar empty handed (though still managed to make the final table).
QueenSix congratulates Peter on his long winning streak. This record may stand for a very long time.
